The PNCR provides a variety of services geared toward providing parents with the knowledge necessary to meaningfully participate in the special education process on behalf of their children. We serve a thirteen county area in and around the capital region including Albany, Columbia, Essex, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington Counties.
