Services We Provide

PNCR provides a variety of services geared toward providing parents with the knowledge and skills necessary to meaningfully participate in the special education process on behalf of their children.  We serve parents and professionals in the following thirteen counties:  Albany, Columbia, Essex, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington.  All services are offered at NO COST and, depending on the service, can be delivered in person at your site or our center, or over the phone.
